They will also learn useful exercises to help clients redefine how the core works in relationship to their own activities, and efficient cuing and feedback for instructors utilizing language, hands, and props. Participants will leave feeling confident in their ability to assess and teach efficient core action, and will never have to say "use your core" again without understanding what that really means.

How many times have you said and/or heard “use your foundation”?

Identify the muscles, structures and biomechanics of the feet and how they relate to the body as a whole
Learn quick cuing to integrate the feet into any movement modality
Explore rehabilitative movements and exercises to treat common structural and muscular ailments
